A Taste of Welcome: A Celebration of Food and Culture explores the kitchens of nine families from different cultures, and features acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson’s own holiday feast. Through recipes and stories, this book celebrates how key food and cooking is for family celebrations everywhere.
From cooking with his grandmother as a kid, to running restaurants around the world, celebrated Ethiopian-Swedish chef Marcus Samuelsson knows firsthand that the kitchen connects us to where we come from and the community around us.
